As of 4/26/13, evidence from 181 locations was submitted to Guinness, claiming a NEW world record of 8,331 babies changed into cloth diapers at one time! We expect official confirmation of the record next week.
Unofficial 2013 results from other locations are still coming in, but the current unofficial total (including from events that didn’t qualify per the stringent Guinesss regulations) is 10,029!
In 2012, 256 locations in 15 countries held SIMULTANEOUS events to break the world record for the most reusable cloth diapers changes simultaneously. That meant that some events (like in Malaysia) happened at 2am! The photos below are from the 2012 event. Photos from 2013 will be posted shortly.
